The main shaft with shovels is regulated by frequency converter to achieve an optimal adjustment to the process. The special mixing elements rotate in the cylindrical drum, which is equipped with a heating/cooling jacket, and generate a three dimensional movement of the product (mechanically generated fluid bed). The resultant frequent contact of particles with the heat transfer surface reduces the drying times to a minium.Standard Configuration The product movement creates an intensive contact of individual product particles with the heated wall of the machine and at the same time treats the product as gently as possible. Rotating choppers, installed inside the drum, provide additional dispersion during possible product transition phases and are available as an option. 真空干燥機(jī)在使用過程中應(yīng)該注意的問題： 1.真空干燥機(jī)外殼必須有效接地，以保證使用安全。 2.真空干燥機(jī)應(yīng)在相對(duì)濕度H，周圍無腐蝕真空干燥機(jī)性氣體、無強(qiáng)烈震動(dòng)源及強(qiáng)電磁場(chǎng)存在的環(huán)境中使用。 3.真空干燥機(jī)工作室無防爆、防腐蝕等處理，不得放易然、易爆、易產(chǎn)生腐蝕性氣體的物品進(jìn)行雙錐回轉(zhuǎn)真空干燥機(jī)。 4耙式真空干燥機(jī)的軸和耙齒都是空心的可以通入加熱介質(zhì)，其表面可作為傳熱面使用，因此，將軸和耙齒統(tǒng)稱為熱軸（又稱攪拌軸）�！ �(duì)于大型耙式真空干燥機(jī)，熱軸的傳熱面積占總傳熱面積的60%以上，它的傳熱效果直接影響干燥機(jī)的干燥效率。為了提高熱軸的傳熱效果，在熱軸中設(shè)計(jì)了特殊的熱介質(zhì)流道，從而大幅度強(qiáng)化了傳熱 該機(jī)器的結(jié)構(gòu)具有非常強(qiáng)的功能分區(qū)，主要分為4個(gè)部分，主要是制冷系統(tǒng)，還有真空系統(tǒng)，中樞控制系統(tǒng)電器儀表控制系統(tǒng)，帶有干燥功能的加熱系統(tǒng)，同時(shí)我們?cè)诓僮鞯臅r(shí)候必須要按照正確的步驟進(jìn)行，才能讓整個(gè)系統(tǒng)整合順利完成整個(gè)生產(chǎn)。 方型靜態(tài)真空干燥機(jī)操作步驟：&em真空干燥機(jī)是通過抽去包裝容器內(nèi)部空氣達(dá)到預(yù)定真空度后，去除容器內(nèi)部件水分的干燥設(shè)備。干燥工作時(shí)候，罐內(nèi)處于真空狀態(tài)，夾套通熱水(或蒸汽、導(dǎo)熱油)加熱，隨著罐體低速回轉(zhuǎn)，物料在罐內(nèi)不斷上下、內(nèi)外成菱形軌跡運(yùn)動(dòng)并吸收蒸發(fā)，水蒸汽通過真空管路連續(xù)不斷排出，達(dá)到物料干燥目的。在干燥混合物的同時(shí)，按客戶要求內(nèi)耙式真空干燥機(jī)主要改進(jìn)了干燥機(jī)內(nèi)部的折流型夾套、特殊流道型熱軸、密封結(jié)構(gòu)這三個(gè)方面�！ ≌哿餍蛫A套 耙式真空干燥機(jī)較多地應(yīng)用于低溫干燥，使用的加熱介質(zhì)主要為熱水。熱水通入常規(guī)真空耙式干燥機(jī)夾套中，如果流速太小，容易在夾套內(nèi)形成“短路”現(xiàn)象，造成夾套加熱不均勻；如果流速太大，雖然可減少“短路”現(xiàn)象的
